Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026

This policy explains how Textbase SMS App ("Textbase," "we," or "us") handles information when businesses create accounts, build SMS assistants, purchase subscriptions, and communicate with customers.

Information we collect

We may collect business account details, email addresses, subscription and Stripe customer identifiers, mobile phone numbers, message content, appointment details (such as service, date, time, and name), conversation history, consent records, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Textbase does not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to respond to messages, answer business questions, check availability, create or cancel appointments, maintain conversation context, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

No sale or marketing sharing

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to vendors that help operate the service.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
